The Poydras Center is a Class-A, 27-story office tower strategically located at the intersection of Poydras Street and St. Charles Avenue, which is considered to be 'Main and Main' and the most prestigious and desirable location within the New Orleans central business district. Built in 1983, with approximately 453,000 square feet of office space, the property has proven to be attractive to tenants of all sizes.

Hertz Investment Group purchased the Poydras Center in December, 2002. The Poydras Center is currently owned and managed by Hertz Investment Group.
